Prime rib is Lawry's calling card, and here it's offered in sandwich form. You can't beat the signature Carvery Prime Rib Original, which comes on fresh-baked bread---ciabatta, baguette or onion focaccia---with a bowl of jus, creamy horseradish and a handful of very fresh potato chips. You can also get roast beef with green peppercorn sauce, blue cheese spread or basic and unadorned. There are also salads, a soup of the day and platters including turkey and barbecue beef brisket. Sides include a generous serving of macaroni and cheese. Order at the counter and take your tray outside for good people-watching in the mall.
