Filled with candlelit linen-clad tables, the dining room is homey, but with a contemporary sense of style. Breakfasts offer several Mexican-inspired dishes, lunches good salads and sandwiches. Dinner fare includes items such as pastas, mango-sauced tropical chicken, and filet mignon with Stilton cheese, walnuts, and a Merlot reduction. Finish up with bread pudding in creamy Cognac sauce.
