A lovely little restaurant with flattering lighting, colorful Chinese lanterns and a ficus-bordered patio, Le Chine Wok prepares Chinese and Southeast Asian dishes with a light touch---as might be expected in this fashionable neighborhood atop Beverly Glen Canyon. We particularly like the delicate Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai-style fried catfish and peppery soft-shell crabs. Other interesting selections include shrimp sautéed in spinach purée; Szechwan-style beef with napa cabbage in spicy chile oil and vegetarian curry casserole.
