Bar features handcrafted beers on tap. The restaurant, in addition to its daily menu and weekend brunch, offers occasional "beer dinners" with foods chosen to complement selected beers. It's located near Belmont Pier, with ocean views.
Belmont Brewing Company is the home of the beer dinner. Every other month they will pair a German brew or Belgian ale with appropriate hearty foods. But mostly, people come here for the friendly, relaxed atmosphere, an ocean view you cannot beat (including stellar sunsets) and excellent handcrafted beers on tap like the award-winning Strawberry Blonde, Marathon and Top Sail. Others are fond of the Long Beach Crude. Said one regular, It's like my women: bitter and murky. The dinner menu features starters like steamed artichokes, pesto baked brie, ceviche and bruschetta. There are soups, salads, a good selection of seafood dishes, meat, poultry and vegetarian options. The weekend brunch ranges from breakfast burritos and bagels and lox to black forest eggs benedict, which can be washed down with a mimosa, Bloody Mary or margarita. The place gets packed, but none of the happy eaters seem to mind.
