Parking:

Two car parks are situated near the Tower of London:
The Minories – located on Mansell Street – a few minutes walk north of Tower Bridge. Open 7 days a week, 24 hours.
Tower Hill – located on Lower Thames Street. Open 7 days a week, 24 hours.

Public Transportation:

By London Underground
Circle/District lines to Tower Hill.
Follow directional signage via the underpass to the main entrance of the Festival.

By train
Fenchurch Street or London Bridge Station.
From Fenchurch Street station, exit on to Mark Lane.
Turn left on to Byward Street, which will lead you to Tower Hill and the Tower of London.

From London Bridge station cross the bridge over the River Thames and turn right on to Lower Thames Street. After a 5-minute walk the Tower is located on your right.

By Docklands Light Railway (DLR)
Tower Gateway Station is located adjacent to Tower Hill station.

By Bus
Bus Routes: 15,25,42,78,100, RV1 and D1

General Rules:

ENTRY GATES
Please enter by the staircase on the west moat, opposite the Tower ticket offices.

There are no discounts, concessions, student or OAP reductions for these events.

The following items may not be brought into the venue: illegal substances, portable laser equipment and pens, unauthorised film or recording equipment, audio recorders, fireworks and flares. Such items found in the possession of a ticket holder will be confiscated. This list is not exhaustive.
Bottles, glasses and glass containers may not be taken to the seating area. Plastic glasses are encouraged for safety reasons.
Use of cameras including camera phones with flashes, video camera or any other sort of recording equipment may be prohibited by the venue and/or artist.
Guests may bring their own picnics or alternatively there will be a fully licensed bar and a variety of picnic food on sale.
Body and bag searches may be made at entrance to the venue. Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon will be confiscated.
Persons suspected of carrying items which may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the venue or other parts of the site of the event may be searched and ejected from the site of the event.
Animals, fires and burning of any material is forbidden. Barbeques are not permitted on site.
Umbrellas may not be put up during the performances as they obscure sight lines. Pac-a-macs will be on sale if it is raining.
Guests must keep noise to a minimum level when leaving the site.

This is an open air seated and standing event.
Seating is completely open to the elements. Please dress for the prevailing weather.
Umbrellas may not be put up during the performance. Pac-a-macs will be on sale at the venue.


ON SITE FACILITIES INCLUDE:
Bars, Food Service, First Aid, Merchandise Shop.

There is no refund or exchange available, the event will go ahead regardless of rain etc. Please dress for the prevailing weather conditions. Bring sunscreen.
