Miyama Description:
In interior décor, as elsewhere, forerunners are destined to be overtaken. Miyama's smart white décor is now more old-fashioned than piquant. Try the sushi here; it is notably fresh, and quite good. There are all the expected varieties, plus the odd surprise: freshwater eel, sea bass or sea urchin. The menu is conservative with set courses incorporating classic sashimi, sushi, tempura, teriyaki and sukiyaki (or shabu-shabu, the more health-conscious, poached version).
