Less basic, and better than any of the numerous nearby competitors, this eating house offers the warmest of welcomes until 5am every day. The wide choice of mezes includes vegetarian items emphasising artichokes, lentils, beans and aubergine. Omnivores enjoy a variety of kebabs and grills, as well as "traditional Turkish dishes." These are mostly lamb with vegetables such as fried aubergine stuffed with tomatoes, peppers, onions and meat. Drink ayran (sour milk with herbs), modestly priced Turkish wines and, of course, Turkish coffee.
