This offshoot of Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse is a classy option in the fringe-of-the-mall dining scene and a coup for the folks at the Westin Lombard. Catering largely to hotel guests and business types, its modern, maritime-eqsue dining room is a fine place to enjoy fresh catches. We only wish the preparations were more enjoyable. Blackened tilapia winds up more singed than savory, and spicy popcorn shrimp with sweet coconut dipping sauce lacks pizzazz. On the other hand, the shrimp cocktail is first-rate, and the beer-battered cod will leave you hankering for more. No gripes about the banana cream pie either.
