Zoozacrackers Description:
Adjoining Wynn's race and sports book, this cheerful deli is a sportsman's paradise, with TV screens embedded in its beamed ceiling. Legendary Bronco quarterback John Elway can attest to that; he likes the super-size pastrami sandwich. So do we, with the homemade pickles. Named in memory of a dear Steve Wynn friend, whose favorite expression was this World War II phrase coined by soldiers to describe craziness, Zoozacrackers also offers salads such as Caesar with Parmigiano and garlic and herb croutons. In addition to the traditional sandwiches, and matzoh ball and chicken noodle soups, are Manhattan clam chowder and mushroom-beef-barley soup. We also like the crispy potato latkes and large chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies.
