The Chinese kitchen features hot-and-sour soup and an array of traditional dishes. The Mexican display includes popular signature specialties, as does the Barbecue booth. At the Mongolian station, they'll cook your meat and vegetable combinations to order. Seafood choices include a lovely Manhattan clam chowder on Fridays, plus peel-and-eat shrimp, and preparations of salmon and fish du jour.
