Lavo Nightclub Description:
This gorgeous space is inspired by the bathhouses of ancient Mediterranean culture. Chef Ralph Scamardella and the kitchen prepare classic Italian cuisine: baked clams oreganato; Kobe meatballs with sausage ragù, whipped fresh ricotta or salad and a garlic crostini; brick-oven pizzas like the spinach and artichoke; penne seafood; lobster and asparagus risotto; USDA Prime steaks; and house specialties such as chicken Marsala.
