Rubios Baja Grill Description:
We like Rubio's on our lunch break when we're not in the mood for a cold sandwich. For some reason we always feel like we're doing our body good, since the food seems so fresh. It's also nice to sit on the patio under one of the palm-frond umbrellas. Less adventurous diners may opt for a traditional chicken burrito, which is void of any real zip. Same goes for the chicken quesadilla. It's wise to coat either with something from the tiny, fresh salsa bar---the selections are actually quite tasty. They also have a kid's menu, which features chicken taquitos, among other entrées, beans or chips with rice and a pint-sized churro (a fried cinnamon bread stick) for dessert.
