The most patriotically named restaurant on the Strip, Red, White & Blue features American cuisine in a classic setting. The dark wooded room feels sedate and comfortable, and the menu offers visitors a taste of home. The menu highlights some of the best in regional fare, like hot and cold sandwiches, seafood platters and all-American wines. One of our favorites is the chicken potpie, served with a flaky, buttery crust. Nothing is more all-American than potato skins, and Red, White & Blue's version, loaded with cheese and bacon---but without the common greasiness---does it justice. A real standout is the eggplant ravioli, which bursts with flavor under a sweet tomato sauce.
