Tanks hold the seasonal fish, shrimp, crab and lobster until they are ordered. Go for the Hong Kong soup with pork- and shrimp-stuffed wontons, sliced chicken, barbecued pork, straw mushrooms and bok choy. We also like the hearty and filling egg noodle soup with roast pork, beef, chicken and vegetables. Try the kung pao shrimp and scallops, and the pork chop with Mandarin sauce. Among more exotic and authentic preparations are jellyfish with pork sausage and a giant clam sashimi.
