Roundtable Buffet Description:
Lots of brass and glass, a faux-sky ceiling and crown-shaped brass chandeliers make this spacious buffet emporium glow. The salad bar has all the traditional fare. Jumbo shrimp and steamed clams on ice are featured, as are soup and fish du jour, barbecue pork ribs and chicken piccata. The carving station features prime rib and ham with all the trimmings. Italian specialties are enhanced by pesto, orzo and tortellini salads; Mexican and Asian specialties abound. Among the dessert station's offerings are cherry and apple crisps, traditional cakes and pies, and soft-serve vanilla and chocolate ice creams. The self-serve Beverage Oasis features fruit juices, iced and hot tea, coffee, original and French vanilla cappuccino and soft drinks.
