JJ's Boulangerie Description:
Designed for the convention market and anyone else in a hurry, this cheerful self-serve restaurant and working bakery is modeled after a basement bakery, complete with a brick vaulted ceiling, that you'd find on the streets of Paris. Chefs create the breads and French pastries in the open display oven for all to see. For the French continental breakfast, juice or Parisian-blend coffee accompanies the choice of two French pastries with fresh butter and imported jams. Try the sublime French toast special. You'll like the spinach salad with strips of grilled chicken breast, cherry and pear tomatoes, walnuts and choice of dressing. The quiche Lorraine is a tradition, as are the pommes frites and the ham and cheese croissants. The dessert display will challenge your discipline.
