Sushi was horrible, miso was stale tasting and the plating reminded me of dining at Denny's in the 80's. The fried ice cream was sitting on top of orange slices, topped with a hideous merichino cherry and PARSLEY? I didn't quite understand why that was there, and It still boggles my mind. When I cut in I noticed that the ice cream was just plain boring vanilla. I had to track down my waitress in order to clarify that I had wanted green tea ice cream. She said they didn't have green tea ice cream anymore, and I expressed that I was annoyed that she didn't bother to tell us about that. Finally, we sucked it up, tucked in, and then immediately greeted with a foul taste in my mouth. The whipped cream was rancid! There were little bits of curdled cream. I nearly vomited right there on the plate. I was upset. My daughter was with us and what if she had gotten sick from eating it!? The waitress came by and I let her know that the cream was rancid. She seemed disturbed but wasn't quite hospitable when I asked her to take it off the ticket, and even had the balls to say that she didn't think they could take it off and that they could just make another. As soon as management found out they tried their best to make it up to us, but my mind was already made up. Even if they had given us our whole meal free (which is what most restaurants would do) I have decided that

I took my family there yesterday for Udon, Terkyaki, and for me of course sushi! I am from El Paso, but decided to do the drive to see this new restaurant. I loved the decor, and had an amazing experience, there like I always do at the one in El Paso. The service, was great, and the sushi was excellent! If anyone knows sushi it's top notch, better then the ones even in Las Vegas. For those that don't know sushi would like the cheap sushi. You pay for fresh sushi, and a good chef. I strongly recommend this restaurant to all of my family and friends! I can't wait for the tables to be ready!

The service is subpar due to the fact that the help had no idea what a sushi bar was.
The sushi is decent (I am from CA and a sushi fiend).
The chef is skilled but sometimes rude when being asked to prepare another overpriced selection.
For the two of us, the bill usually is $100 ($80 in California!).
With the service issues, prices, etc, we only go once a month or less.
We used to go weekly.
Way to to go JK.
You'll soon be out of business.
