Kissimmee is known to locals as Cow Town. With its annual rodeo and stockyard history, it is curiously difficult for tourists staying on Highway 192---in the heart of Kissimmee---to find a good steak restaurant without going to a resort hotel. Here, you'll find juicy Black Angus beef and fresh seafood at a fair price. We suggest the 16-ounce New York strip steak. If you're not into beef, try the Mrs. Angus, a boneless breast smothered with sautéed mushrooms and topped with bacon and mozzarella. While the Southern fried chicken is topnotch, one person will have a hard time making a dent in the 20-ounce portion. Go for the salad bar, a meal in itself.
