T. Burke's Description:
Executive chef Jeffrey Power is the creative force that makes T. Burke's something special. The restaurant in the renovated Dolce Valley Forge hotel surprises on every front, from its plush décor and high-end game room to its polished service. But it's chef Power who truly steals the show. A veteran of Blackfish and Le Bec-Fin, Power is talented beyond his years. One taste of the silky chicken liver pâté with pickled ramps tells the story, or take a bite of Mission fig, Cabrales blue cheese and Serrano ham, a combination made in heaven. Don't worry, you can get a burger---but this is nine-ounces of Hereford beef served with Morbier cheese, fried egg and hand-cut fries. Entrées include a rib-eye, roasted whole poussin with charred Brussels sprouts and a flaky chicken potpie. For dessert, just try to stop eating the liquid s'mores, a layered concoction of graham cracker crème anglaise, homemade marshmallow and chocolate ganache.
