Chin Chin Chinese Restaurant Description:
Healthful but very tasty Chinese cuisine at reasonable prices makes these elegant Chinese restaurants popular all over the metro area. We like the hot appetizers for sharing, including the excellent salt-and-pepper calamari and the soft-shell crabs. The cold noodles with hot sesame sauce make a lively counterpoint to more mild dishes, adding another dimension to a meal. While much of the menu is typical of Chinese American fare, dishes seem singularly well prepared. Chef's specials include such unusual items as Taiwanese chicken (a casserole with vegetables in a hot pot). Some ten percent of the dishes are specials at this location, including the black pepper filet mignon. Beer and wine only are served at this location. Service is exceptionally friendly and swift.
