This place had one of the best burgers I have EVER had - The Parliament Burger. I replaced the beef with a veggies patty, and it was still AWESOME! That being said, I went back two days later, and I couldn't get it cause they have some sort of rule that they only serve 'brunch' until 2pm on Saturday. Most incredibly, they had the exact same burger on the menu, save the bread, and I asked that they just replace the bread, but they WOULDN'T do it!!! wtf! Change the bread folks, pretty easy customer satisfaction!!!
I am ranking them high for food and value, but low for service that they couldn't figure this out!
