AMANKILA Description:
Amankila is a cliffside beach resort overlooking the lombok straits on the east coast of Bali. Centred majestically, is the three tiered swimming pool that mimics the sea in colour and dominance. There are 34 free standing, thatched roof, beach houses, twisting their way into the hillside. Located at sea level, in a coconut grove at the base of the resort, is the beach club. Shaded by a frangipani tree, it delivers a lap pool, Amankila?s largest. In addition, eight lounging bales fitted with a daybed and oversized bolsters are set in the sand. Two restaurants, a bar and in room dining keep guests busy too.
