Meridian Restaurant & Bar Description:
Dining at Meridian is a gracious experience, one that's enhanced by a lodge-like space with wood beams and nooks for cloth-covered tables. Here, you'll savor the flavors as well as the presentation; a dizzying array of tableware seems custom-designed for each dish. Lobster potpie with its hat of puff pastry makes a meal when accompanied with a Caesar salad topped with a Parmesan crouton wedge. Pan-roasted barramundi with warm soba noodles, bok choy and Thai lime broth and grilled, red wine syrup-drizzled rib-eye further prove that executive chef and general manager Dan Dunville knows his stuff. Even the sides of mac 'n' cheese and creamed spinach are topnotch. For dessert, there's no question: miniature donuts and coffee with malted cream are musts.
