They are a franchisee of Charlie Biggs' Fried Chicken and Sauce. However, in addition to the fried chicken, fish and potato wedges, they also have Filipino food.
The Filipino food that they have during the week: menudo, adobo, beef stew, grilled pork-on-a-stick, lumpia Shanghai, and rice.
On the weekends, they have all that and more Filipino food.
