Topnotch seafood from a daily changing menu and an upscale, yesteryear setting make this downtown spot a destination for visiting and local dignitaries. Plush booths allow for privacy, but we like the tables, because they allow you to see and be seen. Make a meal of the large selection at the raw bar, which brims with fresh oysters, huge shrimp and chunks of crab. Or enjoy the saffron-tomato bouillabaisse, a shrimp-loaded dish.
