Moist, wood-grilled salmon over salad greens is a must when in the mood for something light, but the Sicilian pizza and a chopped salad is a safe bet, too. Balsamic-marinated chicken, chicken scaloppine served over linguine and tender lamb chops with mashed potatoes are other favorites that make dining here memorable.
