Lynn's Steakhouse Description:
The founder of the successful Ruth's Chris Steak House chain, Lynn Foreman, knows how to please a meat eater. She handed over this location to proprietors Loic and Benedicte Carbonnier, who lovingly carry on the local legend. At Lynn's, superbly aged steaks are seared on a hot grill and sent to your table still sizzling. Peppercorn or béarnaise sauce can be added as an extra embellishment. The menu is straightforward and elegant: Prime cuts of beef and veal are the standards, but Lynn's also offers baked rack of lamb, Châteaubriand and some seafood selections like lobster and yellowfin tuna. Or get ritzy and order the filet Oscar, medallions of grilled beef served with asparagus and crab meat. Lynn's also tempts with escargot appetizers, duck foie gras and smoked salmon, along with a noteworthy wine list.
