The favorite Houston seafood house is crammed with actual antique boats and a 14-foot propeller, but that's just part of its charm. It has the aura of a classy harbor club with fishing photos, white tablecloths and tropical ceiling fans. Try the campechana, a chilled seafood cocktail in a spicy tomato sauce with avocado, served spilling over the top of a soda fountain glass with tortilla chips.
