Collina's has a strong following, especially for its hand-tossed pizzas, available with whole-wheat crusts. Traditional toppings abound. But it's the signature pizzas that get more attention, including the Hawaiian, with pineapple, jalapeños and several meats. Another favorite is the calzone, a pizza-crust turnover stuffed with four cheeses, spinach, sausage and marinara sauce. Collina's also turns out substantial sandwiches such as the Italian muffaletta on focaccia. Among the popular hand-stuffed pastas, don't miss the ravioli, served with a smooth crema rosa sauce.
