Julia's Bistro Description:
Pint-sized Julia's comes across as stylish even though the interior décor and the menu are quite streamlined. Perhaps the upbeat mood comes from the red-hot and yellow walls, light silvery chairs and big, sunny windows looking out on the light transit rail whirling by. Or maybe it's the pineapple mojito cocktails. Start with the house salad in cilantro vinaigrette, the buttery lobster bisque or crunchy duck taquitos. Among main dishes, we like the rich and saucy churrasco-style pork tenderloin in red chimichurri, and the fine roast rack of lamb crusted with mustard and diced kalamata olives. Fish specials are also good, and affordable. In traditional Latin American fashion, sweet caramelized bananas accompany each dish.
