You'll find the same fine mesquite-smoked barbecue that has made the original so popular. We recommend the tender beef brisket as well as the lean pork ribs, chicken and honey-smoked ham. The Austin baked beans, smoky and sweetened with big chunks of tender apples, are terrific; so is the spicy jalapeño cheese bread. Follow with the famous gooey pecan pie.
