This Texas-based chain makes a mark with its fast-casual seafood. The shoebox-size eatery is festive and the staff is friendly (they actually have a "No Schmucks" policy here), plus there are daily drink specials and seafood dishes that won't break the bank. Don't expect fancy food but do try a cold beer and the house Oyster Nachos, fried oysters sitting atop a chipotle sauce on a tortilla chip. Look for good munchies like fried pickles and fish tacos; servers always offer samples if you're not sure of a menu item.
