Select Blaisdell Arena events – enter off of Ward Ave., South (Makai) of Box Office
Select Concert Hall and Exhibition events – enter off of Ward Ave. between Exhibition Hall and Concert Hall
Note: No left turn permitted on Ward Ave. into driveways
Hours of Operation – 1 1/2 hours prior to event until end of event time

Box Office Parking:
Box Office Parking is open for ticket buyers only.
Parking for the patrons of the Box Office is free.
If Box Office Parking is full, ticket buyers may enter through the King Street Gate. The ticket buyers will be re-funded the parking fee after they validate their ticket at the Box Office.

King Street Enterance:
This is the main entrance to the Blaisdell Parking Lot.
The gate opens at 5:30 a.m., Monday through Saturday. The gate closes at 6:00 p.m. on all evenings with no event scheduled. The gate closes 45 minutes after the last event is completed. On Sundays and Holidays, gate operation is determined by events.

Kapiolani Enterance:
This entrance is closed when there are no events scheduled. Only cardholders can access this gate when it is unattended. Signs are posted to direct non-card holders to the King Street entrance. This gate will also be open two hours prior to the opening of all major
events scheduled in the central areas and will remain open until the completion of the last event.

Event Days (Mon-Fri)
5:30am - end of night (event night)

Event Days (Weekends & Holidays)
2 Hours prior to start of event - end of night

Parking Booths close 45 minutes prior to end of last event.

General Rules:

*No outside food or beverages may be brought into the facility.
* No smoking venue
* No Baloons of any sort allowed into the venue
* No cameras, audio or video recording devices

Miscellaneous:

-Ticket Limit 8 tickets, please check date and time of ticket purchase

-Children of all ages are welcome, all patrons must have a ticket. Babes in arms are not allowed

-No Smoking allowed except in exterior designated areas

-We recommend that you arrive one hour before your show.

This will allow you to arrange your parking needs and allow you to get to the theatre in plenty of time.



If you arrive late, there is a hold before patrons will be allowed into the theatre.

If you are not in your seat when the show begins, we will not be able to allow you into the theatre until after the first scene. We will then seat you at an appropriate break in the performance. Please plan accordingly.

-Balcony Overhang: Row T of the main Floor

-Food – no food or beverage may be taken into the Concert Hall, limited food and beverage items will be available for purchase before show time and at intermission

-Alcohol – Full bar available, must be 21 years with valid I.D. to purchase.

H1 West Bound:
-Take the LUNALILO Street exit - Exit 23
-Turn Left onto WARD Ave
-Turn Left onto KINAU
-Turn Right onto Victoria into parking lot entrance

H1 East Bound:
-Take the KINAU Street exit - Exit 22
-Turn Right onto Victoria into parking lot entrance

From Waikiki:
-Take KAPIOLANI West bound
-Turn into Kapiolani parking entrance
-or Take Ala Moana Blvd West bound
-Turn Right onto WARD Ave.
- Right onto KING Street and into parking lot.
