This is the only revolving restaurant in Hawaii and the view can only be described as spectacular. As it revolves about once an hour, Diamond Head, Waikiki beach and the city lights of Honolulu will all be laid out for your viewing pleasure. For your dining pleasure, executive chef John Neff draws inspiration from Asian cuisines for flavors and presentation when crafting dishes. Duck lovers will enjoy the tea smoked duck duo with a li hing orange-ginger sauce served with green papaya and macadamia nut salad accompanied by crispy spring rolls. The cioppino is a bowl brimming with crab, shrimp, mussels, island fish and scallops in a hearty roasted red pepper and tomato broth. For dessert, try the chocolate banana "split" which places three flavors of gelato atop a brownie and banana bread with a liqueur-infused chocolate sauce drizzled over. The best time for reservations is just before sunset for those looking for a memorable view of the Pacific.
