Kozo's Sushi Hawaii Description:
Imported from Japan, this sushi-factory chain started small in Hawaii in 1980, and is slowly attaining its goal of being in most every neighborhood on Oahu (and eventually each island). Sushi choices range from the traditional to the way-out-there (spam roll and fried chicken roll, anyone?). People pop in to grab lunch boxes, or big party platters for that extended-family gathering. The hours are somewhat erratic and the shop closes at 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, at 8 p.m. on Saturday, and at 6 p.m. on Sunday.
