Formaggio Description:
The first enoteca to open in Honolulu, Formaggio has undergone changes since original owner-wine merchant Lyle Fujioka sold the popular spot. The present owners changed the emphasis from wine to food and targeted a younger demographic which has created more of a see-and-be-seen singles environment. Don't expect your unfailingly nubile server to know a Cabernet from a Sauvignon Banc. Serious wine-lovers should seek out another spot such as Vino or Du Vin.
