The Royal Hawaiian refers to their weekly feast as a Royal Celebration rather than a luau, but offers cocktails and canapés to kick off the evening, followed by a pupu platter and salad, and dishes such as Island rock lobster tail and smoked pork tenderloin medallions followed by dessert.
