Unfortunately the Metro bus service no longer operates to the Gardens, for information on alternative routes call the Metro hotline on 132201.

The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens are open 7 days a week, 365 days a years.


Driving direction to Queens Domain:
The Gardens are located on the Queens Domain approximately 2 km from the heart of Hobart.

It is a pleasant walk from the City, across the Queens Domain.

A cycling track runs from the Cenotaph along the river past the Gardens.

For drivers, parking is available at both entrances to the Gardens.
