With its blond---well, blond-wood---good looks and gourmet pies, this pizza franchise is now charming its way into Boston's more moneyed 'burbs. Thin, gnarled, slightly charred crusts boast toppings that range from breaded veal to Gorgonzola to scallops and lobster; besides the signature white clam pizza (three cheeses---mozzarella, Asiago and ricotta---keep one another from overpowering the shellfish), the pesto-splashed pizzas are our default options.
