Hilo Bay Fudge and gifts makes their own fudge right in their shop - both traditional flavors like rocky road, peanut butter, and chocolate walnut; and tropical flavors like lilikoi (passion fruit), pina colada, and chocolate coconut macadamia nut.
Now serving Hilo Homemade Ice Cream and Tropical Dreams Ice Cream and Sorbet! Hilo Homemade Ice Cream is a locally made egg-free premium ice cream in a wide variety of flavors. Special flavor selections from Tropical Dreams, a richer ice cream (with eggs) add more flavors of ice cream and sorbets (sorbets are dairy-free) to chose from.
