Chili's Bar & Grill Description:
Chili's is for lovers of fun food and a casual atmosphere. In the evenings you'll find the bar filled with after-work crowds and sports fans. The colorful décor and artifacts replicate those of all the Chili's in the Las Vegas Valley, as does the menu. Among tasty appetizers, we like the Triple Play---chicken crispers, boneless Buffalo wings and Southwestern egg rolls (flour tortilla-wrapped smoked chicken, black beans, corn and jalapeño-Jack cheese with red peppers and spinach served with creamy avocado-ranch dipping sauce). Chili's cheesesteak sandwich enhanced with bell peppers and mushrooms is among plenty of meat-minded entrées, including the famous baby-back ribs. Veggie lovers will enjoy the guiltless tomato-basil penne pasta. Crayons and a colorful kids' menu are presented to the little ones. Save room for the chocolate chip Paradise Pie---a warm chewy bar layered with chocolate chips, walnuts and coconut topped with vanilla ice cream drizzled with hot fudge and caramel.
