Chevy's serves delicious wafer-thin tortilla chips and incredibly fresh salsa for scooping. It's blended hourly and if the chips aren't warm you can send them back. The colorful eatery is popular with the family set, likely because the food is so simple. Tacos and burritos dominate the menu, though you'll also find a few seafood items. The chicken quesadilla makes for a terrific light lunch. Some entrées are served with a scoop of sweet cornmeal, not often seen on other restaurants' menus.
