Brown's Beach House Description:
Although chef David Abrahams has left the stoves, chef Thepthikone "TK" Keosavang continues the restaurant's tradition of using the freshest island ingredients. You can see the culinary team at work in the exhibition kitchen on site at this open-air restaurant in The Fairmont Orchid, steps away from ocean waves. At night, white tablecloths and romantic lights complement seafood dishes that include sautéed moi, the delicate threadfin fish once reserved for royalty, and, of course, the fresh catch. Try the kiawe-grilled pork with Molokai sweet potato. For dessert, do not miss the soufflé of the day or the chocolate mousse cake. The extensive wine list offers exceptional Pinot Noir by the glass, and live Hawaiian music fills the air on most nights.
