It would be tempting to dine at Cygnus 27 just for the hotel-top city views, and many do. The restaurant is located on the 27th and 28th floors of the Amway Grand Plaza hotel. But it's the fine food that keeps patrons returning to this spot. The eclectic menu reflects the multicultural training of its chef: the Austrian-born chef de cuisine was trained in classic French style, but includes unmistakable Middle Eastern flavors in his repertoire. Try the unusual banana blossom salad with smoked mallard duck; the seafood trio of grilled lobster sausage, grilled sea scallops and salmon; or the harissa and yogurt baked free-range chicken with Israeli couscous and pea curry.
