Free car parking is available at the front of the park. Reserved parking is also available for disabled guests adjacent to the main gate.

General Rules:

Height restrictions apply to some of Wet'n'Wild Water World's slides and attractions.
Guests need to be at least 120 cm tall to ride: Tornado; Mach 5 - Jetstreams and Mach 5 - Sidewinders however riders above 110 cm can ride with an adult.
Guests need to be at least 110 cm tall to ride: Blackhole; Terror Canyon; Terror Canyon 2; Speed Coaster; Twister and Super 8 Aqua Racer.
Guests need to be at least 100 cm tall to ride: Whirlpool and Mammoth Falls.

Conditions of entry:
The following is not permitted into the park: glassware, sharp knives and implements, commercially prepared food, alcohol.
Queensland's anti-smoking laws prohibit smoking within four metres of any entrance to a building or in children's play areas. We recommend the use of the designated smoking areas. Please check the Park Map for designated smoking areas.
Eyewear is not permitted on any waterslide.
For safety reasons, if you are unable to comply with correct riding procedures for any attraction, you will not be permitted to ride. This may include guests that have restricted movement due to a plaster cast. Consult the lifeguard at each attraction for further information.
Lifeguards and attendants are not baby sitters. Please constantly supervise small children and non-swimmers at all times - KEEP WATCH.

Wet'n'Wild Water World offers the following facilities and services: Heated pools and slides during winter; Electronic security lockers; First Aid; Stroller & Wheelchair hire; Wheelchair access to Giant Wave Pool; Coin-operated Barbecues; Hot Showers, Mothers' Room and disabled rest rooms; Telephones with local, STD and ISD access; Group function facilities; Lost and found; ATM/EFTPOS facilities and Facility to exchange travellers cheques.
