Chin Chin Description:
Franchised all across the metro Atlanta area, each Chin Chin operates with a basic menu, but may customize its menu to some extent. Some will even add sushi or other Asian dishes. This one, for instance, offers some Thai fare. We like the hot appetizers for sharing, including the salt-and-pepper calamari. The cold noodles with hot sesame sauce make a lively counterpoint to more mild dishes, adding another dimension to a meal. Chef's specials include such unusual items as Taiwanese chicken (a casserole with vegetables in a hot pot). The sweet-and-sour chicken here is a bit different, based on a yellow sauce with fruit. Phoenix is chicken with mixed vegetables in a white sauce and Dragon is shrimp with steamed broccoli. Service is friendly and swift. Other locations.
