Just how legendary the meats are here may be open to debate, but they are aged and of premium (if not prime) quality. On weekends you'll find long waits for the bone-in cowboy cut, filet, prime rib or tempura lobster tail. Unlike many steakhouses, a side item is included. Fish-eaters have a few more choices here than most suburban steakeries: the usual salmon plus grouper, trout, sea bass, scallops and scampi. You'll also find herb-crusted rack of lamb and a half of a roasted chicken with cornbread stuffing. Among the desserts, we would pick the chocolate fudge cake with Häagen-Dazs ice cream and nuts. The wine list ranges all over the world.
