This elegant residence, set on the banks of the Vézère in the Dordogne countryside, provides a picturesque setting for Roland Mazère's inventive cuisine based on regional and seasonal produce. The terrine de cèpes and the truffle risotto are particularly recommended.
At the entrance to the village, behind a stone wall, sits an old inn with a bright dining room and a courtyard for summer meals. Chef Roland Mazère has rethought the cuisine of the Périgord. His fixed-price menus are a godsend. You'll think you've found true happiness in this atmosphere full of joie de vivre. The stellar wine list is commented by an impressive British sommelier, Tim Harrison. Wide selection of half-bottles.
