Three brothers, Stéphane, François and Antoine Raimbault, run this restaurant on the French Riviera - Stéphane and Antoine in the kitchen, while François handles the pastries. The cuisine is deeply rooted in the Mediterranean tradition, with some added oriental touches.
The attached shop sells the pastries and cakes of François.
