Now Fort Worth has PappaRotti's Wine Room.Taking over the space most recently occupied by the Ridglea & Vine Wineroom, PappaRotti's offers the west side "a place for lounging," Cafe Aspen owner David Rotman said. Wines sell for $6 to $8 by the glass, with $3 and $4 house specials on weeknights.
